Big Bang Baby — The Science of How Your Child's Universe Takes Shape

Every child is a universe being born.

Your child doesn't need a better version of you. They just need you.

During your baby's first few years, the architecture of a lifetime is being assembled — shaped, again and again, by ordinary moments with you. That should feel enormous. Instead, today's parenting culture has turned it into a source of panic: a feed full of contradictory experts, vague slogans, and the quiet message that one wrong move could damage your child forever.

In Big Bang Baby, Luis Garza Sada offers something the parenting internet cannot: a single, unifying framework for how children actually develop — drawn from the science of the early universe, sixteen years building tools used by millions of families, and original research with Stanford.

In the beginning, everything is everything.

A baby's mind, body, language, and emotions are not separate tracks. They are one process — tightly coupled, expanding and cooling, like the cosmos, into the distinct person your child is becoming.

More than a framework, it gives you back a role modern parenting culture has quietly taken away. Understand that process, and the anxiety gives way to something better: clarity, direction, and the confidence to be the adult in the room.

A map, not a checklist.
